How we handle your information.

When you register as a buyer or supplier, we collect information you provide directly: company name, contact person, email, phone number, business address, GST number, and — for suppliers — bank details and a GST certificate used for verification.

We also collect information generated by using the platform: enquiries, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, payment records, product listings, and messages sent through enquiry chat.

To operate the marketplace — matching buyers with suppliers, generating and tracking documents (Estimates, Purchase Orders, Invoices), and maintaining your account ledger.

To verify supplier accounts (GST and business details) before they can list products, which keeps the marketplace trustworthy for buyers.

To send account notifications — new enquiries, document updates, payment status, and low-stock alerts — by email and in-app.

To respond to support requests submitted through our contact form.

Your company and contact details are visible to the other party in a transaction (e.g. a supplier sees a buyer's contact details on an enquiry they've responded to, and vice versa) — this is necessary for the marketplace to function.

We do not sell your personal or business information to third parties.

We may share information where required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Industry Selling, our users, or the public.

Your data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure. We apply access controls so that account data, financial documents, and uploaded files (GST certificates, payment receipts, signatures) are only accessible to their owner and the other party on a shared document.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can view and update most of your profile information directly from your account settings.
